The device and app keep unpairing or don't pair at all what should I do?
Bluetooth connections can sometimes experience drop-out, depending on a few factors. If your earpieces are disconnecting from each other, please ensure you the have latest version of software for your Pilot by going to your Pilot app, navigate to User Settings, and select the “Check for firmware updates” option. Note: You must have already registered your Pilot earbuds with your account.
