Does it require an internet connection? Can we use it with laptops?

Forum is an app you can download for free on your smartphone or tablet (Android & iOS) for remote sessions. It is also available for computers via our browser platform. Both Ambassador and Forum require an internet connection (WIFI, 4G, 3G, LTE, etc).
