My Ambassador is not pairing
If you have problems pairing, you might need to reset the connection between your phone and the Ambassadors.
Try the following:
1. "Forget" all Ambassador units from your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair them again through the Ambassador app.
2. Reinstall the Ambassador app
3. From your Ambassador app, go to Settings and then Firmware. Make sure you have the latest firmware version.
You can also press the click-to-talk button 3 times in a row to refresh the connections.
