My Ambassador is not pairing

Try the following:

1. "Forget" all Ambassador units from your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair them again through the Ambassador app.

2. Reinstall the Ambassador app

3. Go to Settings and then Firmware. Update to the latest firmware version from your Ambassador app
