I had to pay fees when receiving shipment, how can I get a refund of the fees?

We apologize for the inconvenience, however the shipping cost you paid only covers packaging and shipment from our warehouse to your address. International orders of any consumer electronic will always (depending on country) incur customs and duties fee imposed by your country, and those fees are not included in the purchase price.
