Why was my shipment cancelled?

Pilot orders were prepared for shipment in early January 2018, however due to shipping issues with our carrier, those orders were delayed for shipment in late January 2018. If you received an email with your tracking number in early January 2018, and then received another email stating that your shipment was cancelled, this was a result of the delay.

Only the original tracking information was cancelled. Your order is still being prepared and is expected to ship the week of January 28th, 2018. You will receive a new tracking number at that time.
